About Me
I first discovered the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga in 2014, during a pivotal time in my life. In the midst of a challenging divorce, I knew nothing about Kundalini’s magic—only that I loved the teacher, and each class left me feeling uplifted and renewed. Looking back, I realize how fundamental it was in my healing journey.
In 2020, while living in London, I reconnected with Kundalini Yoga, and it became my anchor during the uncertainty of the lockdowns. This reconnection inspired me to dive deeper and pursue my teacher training, which has become one of the most meaningful paths of my life.
What I love most about Kundalini Yoga is that it welcomes everyone, no matter your fitness level or experience. I encourage my students to move at their own pace, trusting the intuitive wisdom their body and soul already hold. My intention is to guide you to strengthen the relationship with yourself, recognizing the powerful connection between body and soul, and tapping into the innate wisdom within.
